You confirm that you are 18+ and a qualified researcher, laboratory technician, academic or scientific buyer purchasing for legitimate laboratory research purposes.

You accept full and exclusive responsibility for the receipt, storage, handling, reconstitution, containment, disposal and ultimate use of the Goods, and for compliance with all applicable laws and institutional policies.

You confirm that you will NOT consume, ingest, inject, inhale, apply or administer the Goods to any human or animal, will NOT resell or redistribute the Goods, and will NOT make any medical or therapeutic claim in connection with the Goods.

This acknowledgement is a condition of supply; breach constitutes a fundamental breach of our Terms & Conditions and releases Peptigen Labs Ltd from all liability arising from your non-research use of the Goods.
