Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the research-use-only nature of our products and their cold-chain and integrity requirements, returns are accepted ONLY where the Goods are (a) demonstrably faulty at delivery, (b) damaged in transit and reported within 48 hours, or (c) supplied in error by us.

Used, opened, tampered with or cold-chain-compromised Goods cannot be returned for hygiene, integrity and research-traceability reasons.

Email info@peptigenlabs.co.uk within 14 calendar days of receipt. Include your order number, batch number and a clear description (and photographs where possible).

Do NOT dispose of any items until we have confirmed the return route in writing.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days of the returned item being received and inspected.

Refunds are issued to the original bank account used for payment.

The Goods are supplied for laboratory research use to business and professional buyers and, where applicable, are excluded from the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 as sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection, hygiene and cold-chain integrity reasons once their seal has been broken or cold-chain integrity compromised.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your non-excludable statutory rights under UK law.
